Horton (Modern)- 3 pm- 4:15 pm
Tap- 4:30 pm- 5 pm
Advanced Technique/ Nia-Next Company Class

Dana Nichols
Danse4Nia Conservatory Manager, Ballet Teaching Artist
Dana began training in classical Russian Vaganova technique at the Yuri Grigoriev School of Ballet in Los Angeles at the age of seven. Soon after she started training in modern dance, flamenco, and lyrical jazz. She has participated in training programs at Dance Theatre of Harlem and Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre and has interned with the Dean of Student Affairs at Debbie Allen Dance Academy. In 2014 she graduated from Haverford College with a degree in English Literature and African Studies. During that time, she trained in the Bryn Mawr College Dance Program, where she performed regularly in the ballet, modern, and West African dance ensembles. She co-founded Haverford College Dance Company. After graduating, she joined D/2 (Apprentice Company of Philadanco). She is currently in her fourth season with Philadanco, performing works by Talley Beatty, Christopher Huggins, Gene Hill Sagan, Hope Boykin, and Francisco Gella. She serves as the Conservatory Manager at Danse4Nia as well as the ballet instructor. She has choreographed several works for Nia-Next, Danse4Nia Ensemble's Junior Company. She is also Power Pilates Certified and an avid student of Anatomy and Physiology.
